  1. PAYMENTS

2.1 Upon acceptance of the application, students are required to pay a non-refundable holding deposit within 7 days to secure their place. This deposit will contribute towards the full course fee.

2.2 Full payment for the course is due prior to the start of the course. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

2.3 In the event a student opts to pay in installments, 50% of the full course fee must be paid by 31st January 2024. Failure to adhere to the installment plan may result in forfeiture of the student’s place on the course.

2.4 If a student’s place is forfeited due to non-payment, no refunds will be issued unless the place can be resold.

  1. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

3.1 A student may cancel their place on the course within 14 days of the initial payment, and will receive a full refund of any payments made with no cancellation fees applied.

3.2 If a student cancels before the course commences (outside of the 14-day cooling-off period), the Centre will attempt to resell the place. If successful, payments made, less the non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.

3.3 If a student’s place cannot be resold, and the student cancels outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, they are not entitled to any refund.

3.4 Full refunds will be issued if the Centre for Shamanism cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.5 In extreme extenuating circumstances, refunds may be given at the discretion of the Centre for Shamanism.
